who we are
The Lynn & Associates' philosophy originates from the belief that every organization is the unique product of the vision and mission of its leaders, skills of its people, the processes they develop to execute their work and the manner in which they perform together. Refinements in the effectiveness of any of these areas can enhance overall organizational performance.
where we started
Lynn & Associates was founded in 1981. Dr. Lynn, a consulting psychologist, began networking with a small group of consulting professionals to provide a wide range of management and training consulting services to medium sized clients from a variety of industries. Over the years, Lynn & Associates has networked with a number of Associates with specific skills needed to help solve our clients wide variety of business problems.
These Associates have backgrounds in both for profit and public service organizations, psychology, medicine, research, finance, training design and development, conducting operational reviews, and general management consulting.

Steve has over 22 years of training design, and curriculum development experience including CD, video, and Web based instruction.

Jeff has acquired over 25 years of Sales Training and Sales Force Automation experience including implementing a Siebel System Solution in a Fortune 500 Telecommunications Firm.
