Strategy & Work Planning

Strategy & Work Planning determines where an organization is going over the next year or more and how it's going to get there. Typically, the process is organization-wide, or focused on a major function such as a division, department or other major function.

Major activities often include:

"Lynn & Associates helped us coordinate a five-company paper and packaging industry three year state supported $3M dollar training grant.  Lynn & Associates established project goals and work plans, helped the grant steering committee manage the design and implementation of the whole project, created the Evaluation and Assessment process, and designed a number of Leadership and Cultural Sensitivity Training Modules for the five companies in the grant."
