Performance Management

Performance Management includes activities to ensure that goals are consistently being met in an effective and efficient manner.

Performance management can focus on performance of the organization, a department, a team, an employee, processes to build a product or service, etc.

  • Design performance appraisal systems to fit the organizational culture and train managers and employees on how to use the system. 
  • Offer coaching and training on how to handle difficult situations/people.
  • Create Strategy Maps to align strategy with daily operations.
  • Offer training and coaching on measuring and managing performance. 
  • Produce work plans that help to create a high performance cultures.
