Leadership Development & Enhancement
Leadership development is an effort that enhances the leader's capacity to set the direction and guide others to follow that direction.
We typically start this process by attaining an understanding of current strengths and opportunities of enhancement. This can often be accomplished by talking with the leader and those that know his/her performance. Often, we conduct mini 360 leadership assessment questionnaires to attain a clear understanding of strengths and areas that need enhancing.
Once there is a clear understanding of needs, we help with the creation of a Leadership Enhancement Plan which outlines the areas needed for improvement, specific goals, timeframes and outcomes.
Then, we provide cusomtized training and coaching to ensure the leader is modifying behaviors that improve overall performance and leadership effectiveness.
